Pocatello Community Charter School

Hello! This is Connor from the Howl Report Team. Today I’m here to talk about January’s design principle. Here at Pocatello Community Charter School we have a design principle for every month and January’s month is Diversity and Inclusion. According to EL Learning, “Both diversity and inclusion increase the richness of ideas, creative power, problem-solving ability, and respect for others. In Expeditionary Learning schools, students investigate and value their different histories and talents as well as those of other communities and cultures. Schools and learning groups are heterogeneous.”
